I´d recommend using brush rather than that pen tool for outlines... it always is so messy and needs to be cleaned, but with this it isnt even cleaned...

and get tablet, my guess is this was done with mouse.

to me there´s just this one movieclip where this fish just rotates and opens its mouth. fix it and post it again.

maybe you should add NG preloader?
